A champagne celebration organ concert on Tuesday 14th March 1.10pm will be held at St Matthew’s Albury -“Tunes on Tuesday” as Albury Chamber Music Festival wins $5000.00 from the Ruth Whyte Bequest.
The bequest will enable the engagement of the nation’s best chamber musicians to perform and lead masterclasses for Albury’s most promising young musicians at the Albury chamber music festival 17th-19th of November 2017.
The celebration concert will be given by festival committee member and celebrated organist and educator Dr Allan Beavis on the St Matthew’s famous pipe organ and will include a special thanks to the bequest committee and the memory of Ruth Whyte.
